A Dreary June 13thursday To One & All

Yesterday was just a clusterfuck with THREE doctor's appointments. And, of course, none of them were on time. I had an 8:45 appt with the 1st one. I walk in & see a guy in the waiting room, who's appt was for 8:15. So I check in & find out that the doc is not even there yet!!!|angry| So I got in to see him around 9:30, but I had to make it quick because doctor #2 was for 10:20 about 30 min away. So I make it there by 10:15, only to find that his 10:00 appt is still in the waiting room!!!|angry| I think I got called back around 11:00. The 3rd was the dentist & The Bitch & I both had appts, so I let her go 1st. 90 minutes later, he's finally finished with her, and now I have a new avatar :D

It's fucking dreary here - supposed to rain all day - we even have my step-daughter's dog here while she works because he needs a Thunder Buddy |pokefun||dog

Yesterday I got to sit for two hours whilst the veneers on my two front teeth were ground off and then drive 30 miles so that a women at a dental lab could hold color coded veneer samples up to my existing veneers. Dentists put a temp in my month that actually looks really good but feels like I have rabbit front teeth so I feel a bit like Bugs Bunny now. Hopefully the temp won't fall out over the next ten days that it takes to make my new veneers.

Went for a night paddle last night but was so tied that we left the group and went back home after only a bit over an hour. Plus I was still really uncomfortable from having dental work done.

Today I start teaching Dreamweaver to someone that can barely use GoLive and doesn't know CSS at all or how to hand code, oh joy.

Going to get some work done before seeing my teaching client and then probably do more work once back home.
