It's Tuesday The 24th!
 

Morning. I felt crappy yesterday. I don't know if it was a cold or ragweed allergies. Today is better.

Just backing linking a mainstream site plus updating an adult blog. My brother is taking me to lunch for my birthday (which was last Sunday). That means a big deli sandwich. Likely the highlight of my boring day. Yum!

I've had better starts of a day.,,

Got up at 4:30 to go to the gym. Got there, started working out and get severe leg pain.

Cut my workout short. Came home and used my handheld doppler and discovered that I had almost no pulse in my foot.

Took extra warfarin and aspirin. Now I'm drinking lots of water with my leg elevated above my heart with my foot on a heating pad.

Pulse in my foot seems to be slowly getting better as is the pain but far from good.

Been through this before. Hopefully I've caught it in time and won't end up in the hospital again.

Supposed to meet a design client later this afternoon. May ask them to come to the house instead which I hate doing.

Other than that it's looking to be a very unproductive boring day in bed and hopefully nothing worse.

Did a small bit of work this morning and will be going outside to cut out some more cement walkway to pull more roots that have it lifted. Oh the joy

I know, I know. I'm really late for work today. But I have an excuse! I did work from about 6:00 til 9:30 & then I went to my doctor's so he could check if there's any progress on my new back pain. There is, sorta, in that the swelling went down a lot, but the pain remains :( And, to top off my morning, I lost my balance getting out of the car, twisted to try & correct myself, wrenched my back REAL GOOD, and banged my shin on the bottom of the door frame |cry|

So, after all that, I just wrote off the rest of the morning & afternoon & layed in bed. But, I'm here now & I have a lot of work to do, so I guess I'll work until my back gives out again.

My buddy is coming over to watch the UFC PPV from over the weekend, since we missed it & every news report we see/read says that the Jones vs Gustovson fight was easily the best in the last 10-15 years. Too bad paying for a PPV replay costs the same as paying for the live PPV |banghead|
