Changing BG colour of animated .gif
 

I have an animated .gif pic that I want to change the background colour of to match a page. Is there any way of doing it that doesn't halt the animation?

You would need to open it in Photoshop and then change the color on each layer. Not something easy to do and the results are usually not great.
