Can we use Yahoo Answers for adult sites?

I have no idea. I have seen adult questions/answers on there from time to time, but never directly on an adult site.

Hard to get anything to stick

The short answer is yes. The link has to be on topic, informative and not commercial unless that is what the person seeks. For example recently someone wanted to know the best place to watch adult movies on-line. A bunch of people listed their favorite tube sites. I posted my favorite AEBN referral code ;-) with the adivce (of course) of watching legal stuff online ala Hule or Netflix.

And of course always tag the link as NSFW.
