Is chameleon tgp/mgp/ll submitter still relevant?
I see they updated in August. Anything to add? Do you use them? Are your TGP/MPG/LL in their database? Thoughts please?|bananna|

We have stopped using them 1 year ago. Didn't see any differences in the sales nor the traffic... |
Chameleon still going? I thought that had died years ago!

I still use them, but most of the major TGP sites have sold out and/or became tubes. If not their traffic has been siphoned off to the free tubes anyway. Gone are the days of 5k+ months with galleries. nowadays I struggle to get half that out of TGPs. Better diversify.

So hand submit to chosen few seems the way to go. I mean, differences in sales? I am about to relaunch a series of paysites, would like to jumpstart with some galleries and free sites, give them google bots something to chew on.

I just hand submit these days, not many tgps left worth submitting to unfortunately. Adult webmaster net bought all of the good ones and turned them into tubes :-/
I'll leave my refcode here just in case though ;) http://www.chameleonsubmitter.com/ph....php?ref=11802 |
Tons of small sites in their database that do not send a lot of traffic. If you paid for the software, I would use it and check my stats after a month. The sites that are sending traffic. Start submitting to them by hand.

I didn't order it yet. I seen they still advertise like 500 mgps and 1000 tgps or something. I doubt that so I thought I would ask here. I know a lot of folks here still in the submit game, and I believe there is still much value in that traffic. We are about to launch our network so I am planning my traffic strategy now.

I haven't used them in awhile, and most of my sales come in such a way I can't track referring urls. Having said that, I have had sales on galleries from sponsors I could track, from pages that only got a few clicks from some obscure tgp I've never heard of that I would not have got had I not used their software.
I agree with LeRoy. Doesn't hurt to pick it up for a month and then sit back and see if you generate any sales. You never know what type of traffic is going to convert your stuff, and what works for one doesn't always work for another. |
