Good morning.

I am waiting for another painting quote this morning. After lunch I will be taking my |crazy| daughter to her psychiatrist and therapist. A double header you might say.

I guess the rest of the day will be spent wrapping and packing photos and paintings in order to get the walls bare for the painters.

Well, my streak of not napping ended yesterday :( But, I did manage to get a lot of work done & stayed up til 8, so I guess that's good :D

The Bitch has 2 job interviews today |thumb One sounds kickass: it's a full time medical insurance office job that pays more than she was making WITH BENEFITS|banana||pray|

Other than that, I've got bupkus!

Yesterday it cooled off and I did not need to open windows and turn on fans but this weekend it's gonna be a scorcher according to the news. Oh F'ing joy.

Need to run some errands today. Mostly picking up supplies for working on the house and lunch :)

Same here. So far I haven't used the A/C in my house but did use it for the first time this year in my car today. Already feel like summer here, WTF. So not looking forward to huge electric bills.

Just got back from the A/C company that I'm involved with. They are creating a new web & email marketing division and I'm going to be running it. Looks like I've found that part time job that I've been looking for. |thumb

As if I wasn't having enough leg issues the other night I was walking around my house in the dark and stubbed my big toe on the couch ripping part of my nail off. FUCK IT HURTS!!!

Went for a very enjoyable paddle last night. First time I've gone night kayaking in about a year. Looking forward to do a whole lot more kayaking now that I have a hitch on my car.

Well, The Bitch just got out of a 1+ hour job interview. No one interviews someone for over an hour & doesn't offer them the job, right? I mean - who in their right mind would waste an hour on a non-viable candidate??

Slightly cheered up today when I discovered a Polish deli has opened just around the corner (literally). The Poles make the best sausages.

Bought some meat from them for my sandwiches tomorrow. Absolutely no idea what it is, it was labelled with a whole crate of consonants and just a couple of vowels for good form's sake. I just pointed at the meat and said "Two thick slices please!"

I would be as it hit 90F and is suppose to be this way if not hotter thru the weekend |banghead|

Mine broke down late last year and I was suppose to have things done on the house by now and I am no where near done.

While At Home Depot I almost considered buying a portable one, still might, just to deal with the heat until I finish the rooms that will get it. Thinking I could use it in my office afterwards if necessary.

You people who are boasting about how hot it is where you are are aware that those of us who are still fucking cold are planning to hack your sites and replace all your content with anti-American propaganda, then laugh as your patriotic neighbours beat you up!

Or you can just wait for hurricane season to start and listen to us bitch about them.

I don't get hurricanes like Cleo but we do get the occasional earthquake. Actually we get a lot of them but they are always little and we, for the most part, are happy to get them in the hopes that it releases stress in small amounts instead of getting the BIG one as depicted in the upcoming movie

Oh, those are hurricanes! I thought they were just the result of all the beans you eat in the south!
