Good Friday! (aka AAAHHH!!! Friday The 13th Part II!! Bad Things!!)

Morning |waves|

I think The Bitch might have landed a SWEET job! If you missed my posts yesterday, she had 2 interviews yesterday & the 2nd one lasted over an hour! She said it went really well & that the interviewer wanted to call her references today, then he'd call her Monday |pray|

I didn't nap yesterday, but it wasn't for a lack of trying |lol| I went to lay down & my CPAP machine (|pokefun||greenguy|) wouldn't open so I could add water. After about 30 min of tinkering with it, I got it to open & fixed the problem, but then I was wide awake with anger, so I got up & decided to watch the latest Hunger Games |thumb

I do have to pick up my almost-step-son-in-law from work around noon, then my mom is going out to dinner, so The Bitch & I will have the house to ourselves |sandm

Have a nice day!

Noticed a snafu when I went to purchase Turbotax again this year AND they wanted me to upgrade to their $80 version, so I just bought H&R block software instead for less than half that price and finished my taxes in about 20 minutes.

I've spent the last fe months trying to pickup some part-time work. It's crazy out there. You go for interviews, you think it went well, and then you never hear from them again. Not like the old days when at least you would be notified if you got the job or not. Too many people applying for the same jobs here. But I did land a part-time work and home job some weeks ago that is working out well. Then yesterday the A/C company that I'm involved with gave the go ahead for me to head up their new online marketing department that should keep me very busy.

Just got home from the doctors due to my injured big toe getting infected. Doc gave me antibiotics and pain pills. Toe is already feeling a lot better and I haven't even taken any pain pills.

Good Friday morning!

A usual day here for the most part as I get into submitting again, videos this time rather than tgp galleries though I may look at doing those again starting next week. Need to generate some traffic. Thanks to JustRobert letting me know I had an error I was able to partially fix a problem yesterday with a signup page, now to fix it completely lol.

Good Day :)

It's going to be 90F again today and probably until Monday. Some of you in the cold, like ecchi, might think this sounds good but no it does not. I like my weather between 65 and 77 or 18 to 25 for you Celsius chaps.

Going to do a bunch of biz work today and skip working on the home (to hot for that) while also watching tv. I finished House of Cards in 2 days last week but I did find Marco Polo on netflix which has been very interesting. Halfway thru the 10 episodes so I might as well knock that out today while sitting in a bathing suit with ice packs to stay cool.

The Bitch & I shall look into that one next. Right now, we're in the middle of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt which is pretty funny in a quirky kinda way...

Funny thing is I saw a commercial for that last night and just added it to my queue :)

Did you ever get to see "Little Britain"? I know it was shown on US TV but I.m guessing it was a pay channel such as BBC USA. If you have seen the show, you know the sketch with the disabled guy in a wheelchair? Well on Friday reprised that on a telethon with Professor Stephen Hawkins playing the wheelchair guy.

I couldn't find the whole thing on YouTube, but it starts here:

I have not seen this but after watching the clip it's something I would probably enjoy. Unfortunately netflix does not have it for streaming.

HBO carried it in the USA. they also financed an American special which you might be able to watch online (it blocks me because I am in Europe, but it looks as though it may be playable in the States). You can find it here:

There are also a hell of a lot of clips on YouTube (search "Little Britain"), some of which were uploaded by the BBC for publicity, so may not be viewable in USA, but there are also a hell of a lot of clips uploaded (illegally) by fans, those you should be able to watch.
