That OTC Wonder Med I started taking yesterday just prolonged the inevitable for me, which was an hour nap. I do feel pretty good this morning, but all I had was a 2 day trial packet & I can't see paying $150/month for this. Back to a lot of coffee for me |pokefun||greenguy|

The Bitch is having minor foot surgery today. They don't have to knock her out, so I'm hoping the doc lets me watch |scared|

But 1st, it's work & the chiropractor for me...

I really need to sleep more but I go to bed late and wakeup at sunrise each day.

Just my usual day of work with the possibility of an afternoon gym workout. I have a Air BnB guest checking in for a few days this evening so I need to be home for that.

Looks like the rain storm will miss us but has humidity up in the 80 percentile which is a lot for around here so I see the AC staying on all day and night again for the next few days.

Taking the day off from working on the house as I am quite sore from the past few days. Need to buzz my hair and beard plus run an errand, other than that it's biz work all day :)

Usual day for me. Slept in a bit until 7:30, was exhausted after playing basketball last night and ended up staying up later than usual. Been working since i got up and really that's the plan for the day all around.

Hope everything went well with the foot surgery Greenie. Hope to doctor let you watch too :)
