Saturday August 1st (aka Merry August!!)

Morning! |waves|

Not a lot going on around here. The Bitch's foot is healing nicely |thumb She's trying to talk me into going out to a friend's house with her after work, but she doesn't get out til 9 and we all know my |zzzzzzzzz issues...

Watched A LEGO Brickumentary yesterday & it made me mad that I have no idea where any of my LEGO's from my childhood are |cry|

Gonna go spend some time with The Bitch before she goes to work just in case I do fall asleep before she gets out of work |lol|

Doing a bit of work and then may hit the mall or something and spend money that I shouldn't. Other than that I don't really have any idea what I'm doing on this rainy day. |loony|

This is a GOOD thing. I know exactly where my Lego bricks are, along with nearly every toy I had as a child. They are in a storage locker that I never visit, and which is costing me a small fortune in rent for no good reason other that I cannot part with all that shit.

One day I will die, and the locker will end up being auctioned off to someone who will end up wondering why he paid so much for a lock up full of mid 20th century rubbish!

So why I don't clear it out is a mystery even to me, I just keep paying, every month, even when times were hard (I actually went without food and got behind on my rent for my apartment to keep paying for the lock up). It would be so much more sensible if I dumped the lot and then, like you, could say "I have no idea where any of my LEGO's from my childhood are".

|dog Puppy News

This puppy is well behaved. This morning he stood by the bed, his head on the bead whimpering. It took me a moment to work out why. He was asking if he could jump up on the bed. ASKING ! When have you ever known a dog to ask this? Most dogs just consider it their domain, and jump up whenever they want. (Dogs Rules Of The House Number 6: If it is comfortable and in the house, then I am allowed to climb up and go to sleep on it.) But the puppy politely asked! Never seen anything like it before!

Good Day :)

Greenie, glad to hear your lovely wife is healing up.

Doing biz work today and I would usually do end of month stats as it is the 1st but don't want to put myself in a bad mood before heading out to Spamalot tonight. Then again this always puts me in a better mood:
