Doing a bunch of stuff before our coastal cruise/vacation. Have to run some errands and pick up groceries for the house guest plus more kitty food. Squeezed in some work this morning and after all errands might squeeze in some more.

Had a dentist appt this morning & was trying to work, but then got into a conversation of FB with a childhood friend that lives in Japan & lost track of time.

I accidentally bought the new Mad Max on Amazon yesterday |banghead| I saw it was available & thought I was renting it, but realized after I confirmed the purchase that it was NOT avail for rent & so, now I own a digital copy. Decent movie, but I didn't want to own it |banghead|

Just got home from the gym. This is also the first day I've left the house since installing the new alarm system. It's so much better than my old alarm system and it's half the price. Wish I had switched a long time ago.

I'm setting up someone's brand new Macbook 15 Pro with the Apple display with the builtin hub. OMG this thing is fast. Makes me want to upgrade my hardware.

Other than that going to a business networking Meetup this evening.

I mentioned over the weekend that I hate FaceBook for making me feel old. Now I really really really hate FaceBook for making me feel really really really old! G. had to explain to me how to add a friend! A five year old could do it, but I couldn't!!!!!!

On top of that, another shit day. The idiot and the alcoholic junkie are still wrecking where I live. Got home today to the smell of burning. I didn't investigate. Smell was coming from upstairs and I live on the ground floor, so hopefully it will burn itself out before it gets to me.

Girl in the deli refused to serve me because she had just cleaned the meat slicer and did not want to get it dirty again by serving customers!??!?!

Had fried chicken and a polish wafer for dinner, which kinda fucks my diet up a bit.

Oh, and twenty four hours on - I still got a headache.

And the hot water is still not working in the building. I spoke to the landlord (again) and he said that the boiler is showing a fault. Of course it is showing a fault. The fault is THERE IS NO HOT WATER!!
