My mom is really starting to blow thru my inheritance! |angry| 1st she wanted a new TV, so a nice 40" Sony is being delivered today. I can't blame her as the TV she has is probably 20 years old & she can't see things on the side if it's a widescreen program. And, as I mentioned, she's getting a new vehicle: 2015 Toyota RAV4 It's nice & has everything she wants (AC & an AM/FM radio) and it'll be good for me because I can finally listen to my iPod |banana| Thanks to Yell's oldest, it's only $170/month with the trade in of the 2006 Toyota Crapola |thumb

So we go to pick that up today, TV delivery this afternoon...looks like my day is planned |banghead|

Would have maybe slept in but I have a device impaired Air BnB guest staying with me.

The alarm on my house isn't complicated. Just hit away before you leave and only if I'm not home. This guest always puts the alarm on when I'm home and then does it a bunch of times because it keeps on saying front door open, close door. Naturally he just keeps on doing it over and over again until he finally closes the door. Then when a guest returns that just need to enter the last for digits of their phone number and hit off, but every time he sets off the alarm. Then calls me because he can't figure out how to turn it off. At the same time, I've got the alarm company calling me as I'm opening the app on my iPhone to turn off the alarm remotely. On the plus side, he is almost never here and leaves on Friday.

Designed a medical brochure yesterday. After going back and forth with a few proofs they then send me a PDF of a brochure and tell me that they would like it to look like that brochure and say maybe we should have sent that to you in the beginning. No problem, I love working all day on a design only to tell me to copy someone else's design. :-/

Work, grocery shopping, more work, then meet with friends at a pub is my day's plan's so far.

Work and a couple of errands to do. The excitement is overwhelming!

Ever get the feeling that you slipped down the crack between the bed and the wall during the night, and woke up in a different dimension? (Always a risk in my case as the wall next to the bed is full of Dr Who stuff.) I think that happened today! Got up, and read in the paper that we now have a new terrorist group to worry about.

As well as the IRA and Islamic fundamentalists, we apparently now have to worry about red haired people trying to take over the country by violence. A red haired guy has just gone to jail for attempting to blow up most of the royal family. Apparently he wanted to kill enough so that red haired Prince Harry would be come king, because with a red haired guy in the palace the red haired revolution would begin!

Also in the news is a survey on Scotland (the northern country on this island). Apparently they have over four hundred words for rain! Going by the weather recently, that makes sense.

They also have more words for snow than the Eskimos!
