Thursday October 29th (aka That Mexican Hurricane Knocked Out My Power)

Morning! |waves|

Running on the backup generator as the power is out in my area. I guess the antenna on the top of my house is fucked |angry| The only TV channel my indoor antenna is picking up is the local Fox station that has no news |crazy| Good thing FiOS is still working |thumb

Working now, but have some running around to do this afternoon, so we'll see how the day progresses...

No antenna issues here. Actually no antenna at all unless you count my satellite dish.

Went to Bitchy Bingo last night. Seems to senior citizens really like drag shows as buses of them kept on arriving from retirement homes. Found out that to live in their retirement community you need to be at least 55 which means I could actually live there. The drag queens referred to our table as the table of young lesbians which was old since our ages ranged from twenty something to sixty something. Had a really good time though.

Work, gym, more work, and going to hang out with friends this evening is my plans so far.

Good morning :)

Work as usual for me throughout the day as I try to get some things done that are needing to be done. Doing a hockey draft tonight at a local pub. Have a good one.

Good Morning :)

The usual work on the agenda but I need to purchase a weed whacker to deal with some yard before Halloween since I do not have a gardener anymore.

I'm getting close to that and since my Grandparents lived in a couple of them I would not mind it especially if they have all the amenities they had like pool, tennis, golf and so on. If real estate stays the same or goes up a bit by the time 55 comes around I could get rid of my mortgage :D
