Did something to my back yesterday that is really hurting me anytime I twist or move my torso for that matter. Chiro this afternoon.

Yesterday, the friend whose dogs I walked asked me for a family contact 'phone number, in case he came in and found me dead at the foot of his stairs (this was prompted by a less than happy result to Monday's hospital appointment, plus I nearly fell down his stairs in front of him). I gave him my sister's number and made some bland comment about my own death in his home (I forget what). His reply was:

"It is alright for you, you'll be dead, but I'll have a bloody inquest to deal with!"

Shame on you. St Patric was actually an escaped slave who forgave his captors and eventually taught them to love God and become Christians.

(Not sure if that was a charitable act or a punishment on them in revenge for making him a slave.)

Just another day on this big sandbar here. I think we have skipped Spring and went right into Hotter Than Hell season.

Yesterday I finished my required ongoing education courses. I had until August to finish them but wanted to get them out of the way so did almost 10 hours of them in one day. Doing that and dealing with everything else at the same time left me a stressed out mess so today going to try to have a relaxing stress free day.

Lately selling my software has been my biggest seller.
Don't know if I should be happy or sad by that...

Need a nap as the 5 hour sleep was not enough. Other than that nothing special around here other than the weather is really nice. Maybe I'll take the convertible out for a drive along the coast and pick up some food as long as I get that nap in first.
