|hockey| playoffs started last night and, true to form, yours truly fell asleep about 1/2 way thru the 1st game |pokefun||greenguy| But, the garage door woke me up when The Bitch got home from work & I was able to watch the end of the late game, which went into OT. Sudden death hockey is so fucking good |thumb

Since I basically had today's LOR update loaded in there yesterday, I updated shortly after the game ended around 1 AM or so.

Just work today...

No sports here unless chainsaw gardening is considered a sport.

Still really sore from this latest bit of chainsaw gardening. But going to try to make it to the gym today just to torture my body a bit more

Work, gym, and comedy night at Stache is my plans so far for today.

If you use a chainsaw I'm not sure you can even call it "gardening"!




Nearly got pulled over on my face by the husky while he was chasing squirrels and ducks in the park. That may not seem like news, but the husky is 14 years old and arthritic. The fact that he has the ooomp to chase small animal around again (probably an effect of the spring weather) is a great sign. It cheered me up to see it, and when I told his owner about it, the owner had a look on is face like he had just won the lottery!

At one point the husky chased a group of ducks into the Thames, and then stood on the bank hopping from foot to foot with excitement at having chased the ducks back into the river where they belonged.

Standing beside him, I nearly started hopping from foot to foot with excitement too!
