Actually got a decent amount of work done yesterday. Also went to the chiropractor & got cracked :)

Today, other than taking my mom to her physical therapy appt, looks to be pretty normal.

At the shift change one of the departing nurses was telling a new nurse about the patients. I overheard her saying about me "This is Paul, he is one of the good patients." I thought "I guess she was not on duty the other night when I was threatening to smash the leg off a chair and beat the shit out of the surgeons."

I had a productive day yesterday both adult and otherwise. Got my first blog set up. Now it time to research some keywords and make some posts.

It's friends birthday today so we are playing golf at a local 9 hole course.

Good morning :)

Usual week for me, working away. Have so much to do in the coming weeks before making a road trip to LA. My daughter goes to school there later this month and I will accompany her for the trip.

Feel like crap, I'm guessing due to the antibiotics that I'm on. Either that or I've caught the Zika virus.

Work and hoping I feel well enough after tea and breakfast to go to the gym but have my doubts.

Been a busy beaver around here with lots of work around the house. Dug up some bushes, scraped paint on the front of the house and even fixed the sprinklers so I can water the brown grass and dirt. Haven't watered the yard in 2 years and tired of seeing it that way. Plus we might be putting the house on the market so need it to look a little better.

Taking the day off from the house as I am quite sore from the past 2 days.

I did finish the newest season of TURN on netflix and have started the newest season of Marco Polo. If I can knock that out today then Orange Is The New Black and House of Cards is next. My 4 month diversion has put me way behind on some serious TV watching.

In my own defence I should point out that this was after they had cancelled my operation two days running. So I had been "nill by mouth" for 48 hours, having only been given 2 sandwiches to eat in two days, and only a couple of hours where I was allowed to drink. It had also gone midnight so I was tired. Then they told me I would have to go another day without food or drink, with still no guarantee of an operation.

That was when I lost it!
