Also feeling better today. Not really sure what had me feeling off the last week or so. Maybe a mild cold, maybe allergies, maybe Zika, don't know, just glad to be feeling a lot better.

Work, grocery shopping and then a going kayaking this evening with the Wednesday night group. Not that crazy about doing night paddles as I find them a bit boring but a friend has never done one so I'm taking her out.

Just took my blood pressure. I normally have "high normal" readings (130s/80s). It's through the roof so I am off to the doctor this PM. Concerning. :|

Been watching Olympics and doing a bit of work on the house now that my back recovered from the weekend so it should be screwed up by this weekend again.

Besides that stuff been squeezing in a little biz stuff and that's about it.
