2 weeks ago my nice 36" HDTV took a shit in my office. Yesterday the little 18" I was using til I could afford something better took a shit |banghead|

Working now, but going to the local demolition derby tonight |thumb

TVs seem to hate Greenguy. :D

Just a day of errands and R&R planned for today.

Good Afternoon :)

Did a bunch of little piddly stuff on the house this morning, washed the car and buzzed my head and trimmed the beard. Even submitted a gallery just a minute ago for no apparent reason.

Wife and I are going to look at a house in a little bit then head down to D-land for the evening and that will close out the day.

Did not know they sell TV's at the derby |jackinthe

I think they just hit their maximum lifetime usage hours limits
(the Green One watches a TON of tv)

Maybe they're having a raffle?

Yes, my daughter is moved out! I love her dearly but this is the best thing to happen to me in a long time. I feel like this is the first day of the rest of my life.

Later, I went to a Canadian Football League (CFL) game with a friend. The home team, the Toronto Argos, got beat badly (46-23).

Time for some TV and drink.

I just think my run of shit luck is continuing...

I thought that The Hip concert was required viewing for all Canadians last night. It was a great show!!

And it can get even better!

After moving out, my daughter started to understand where I was coming from more and actually grew up a bit. She has now made me a Grandparent which I love and having that child really made her see and understand things we were trying to explain back during her teens. Our relationship has improved greatly.
