Went to an art gallery last night. A friend had a piece in the show. Later, the four of us (including our wives) sat on a patio for a drink. It was nice. I haven't sat on a patio all summer.

Today, the only task I have planned is to finish up some tax stuff. Later, I am going to see the moive Jason Bourne with a friend. We rewatched the first three movies and are ready for the current one.

Went out last night and danced until around 1 this morning. I knew I was in trouble when I tried to get in my car and my leg instantly cramped up making jump out of the car to walk off the cramp. Woken up many times by having to jump out of bed and walk the muscle spasms off all night. Took a lot of ibuprofen over the last 12 hours so this morning had to deal with really bad stomach cramps as I was trying to deal with the leg cramps. Fuck getting old is a bitch!

Other than grocery shopping no real plans for today.
