2016.09.30 It's Friday...

Morning! |waves|

I'm here |jackinthe

Been in a bit of a funk but I think (hope) it's subsiding because I have 2 fantasy hockey drafts tomorrow, the 1st being hosted here for probable the last time :(

Have I mentioned The Bitch & I are gonna sell the house? It's time - just too much house & peoperty for the 2 of us on our diminished income.

Life moves on...

Wow, slept in until after 10 am, but didn't go to sleep until almost 4 this morning.

A lot of people that I know are downsizing and selling their house and moving into townhouses and condos. I even think about it sometimes.

Did most of today's work late last night so thinking of hitting the gym this morning.

Greenie you staying in the same area?

I'll be selling my house in early 2017, buying an RV and hitting the road come May.
Mostly because my mother needs my help with her seasonal business in NH.
When it gets cold I'll be mostly in Florida for the GF's seasonal business.
In between we'll be driving all over the states and probably Canada.
Both exciting and scary.

Good Day :)

Got outside and did some painting yesterday and was hurting this morning so I went out and painted some more |crazy|

Will spend the rest of the day watching Luke Cage on Netflix. It's from Marvel and tied in with Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

Greenie, good luck on the sale!

I've been talking to my wife about this as well. After spending 4 months in another state earlier this year I kinda miss it. The area was clean, people were nice, pace was slower and I can buy a house twice the size of the one I got (for when family visit) at half of what this one is worth and be semi-retired (like I am now) plus do some traveling before back and neck pain become too much and I can't just like it did my father.

Enjoy your Friday!

Good day all and happy Friday :)

Watch Canada win the World Cup last night, turned out to be a pretty good game, Team Europe played very good. Then watch Miami suck ass last night on the NFL game. I had mixed emotions, in one fantasy pool I had Miami QB who threw INTs hurting me but in the other fantasy pool I had the Cinci D that picked those off LOL.

I'm getting really curious about this, can a person With virtually no interest in hockey and also not being a US Citizen participate in this fantasy League of Yours?

You don't have to be in the US: Ramster's in one league & I have a friend from my childhood that now lives in Japan that's in the other one. But if you have no interest in hockey, why bother? (and yes, interest in hockey helps A LOT!)

Reminds me of an episode of the TV sitcom Cheers where barmaid Diane wins the weekly football based on the colour of team jerseys.

Hehe, somewhat poorly written that post of mine;

No, not particularely interested in hockey, the only thing I follow is my local soccer-team.
I just wondered if this league needed in depth knowledge of real US hockey or not. Now I know.
Let's see what if I'm into trying later. :-)

Jolly
