As for today, not only do I have to pick up the ASSIL from work, but he needs a ride about 30 min away for a doctor's appt. There goes my afternoon |angry|

Fired up the fireplace today.
My ex-wife (whom I share apartment with a few more days) HATE heat, I however hate cold. So I'm firing as hell!. (but she's away, so I'm not that mean)

Planned to write posts for my main asia-blog for a few months.

Made it back home to Canada and I want to go back to California already lol. As Greenie said, it's COLD here, 32 here and I had to scrape ice off my car window in order to go get a coffee. That's one good thing, I get to have Tim Horton's coffee again |thumb

Working right now but not but not for long, off to a friend's cottage later this morning, anual poker weekend. Wife is ecstatic I drove 3 full days 2800 miles to get home last night then leave with friends at noon to go away with them for the weekend |lol|

Put my A/C back on late yesterday.

Doing Foxy's updates this morning and then I'm picking up a friend later this afternoon that is having outpatient surgery.

Here's the story. I'm a soccer guy. (u know, real football and stuff...)
My team i MossFK. (And they're headed down. again :( )

But that is not the point. I have a step-grandson.
I have NEVER tried to influence him on english soccer. (I'm Liverpool and WestHam, his father is Man(puke)U.
I don't want to get into the complicated story around this, but I (and my FuckingEx-wife) had sole responsebility for this kid every other weekend and every holiday. My sport-stance.... Kept quiet).....
You know, this story can go on and on.... but you get the picture.

My step-grandson is (due to his father) a ManU kid. I never interfered with that.
BUT: His mother found a new guy, semi-pro hockey dude.
So now New York Rangers is the team.
Ok with me.
Is that ok with you? I want to root for the same team as my (favorite) Step-grandson. Where do I find info on NyR?

Finally, don't drink Ouzo. Dangerous Stuff. Makes you weak and also posting stupid posts about loyalty to teams :-p

1st & foremost, I'm a Buffalo Sabres fan, but we all have secondary teams we root for when they're not playing our team.

Personally, I'm an NY Islanders fan from back in the 80's when they were winning everything & I was just getting into hockey. This means I HATE the NY Rangers |lol| But I have a good friend that's a true Rangers fan - even over Buffalo - and I still let him in the house (I did buy a Rangers flag & hang it upside-down on my flag pole a couple years back)

That being said, it's not so much who you're a fan of IMHO, it's that you're a fan of hockey |hockey|
