Newbies: What are you doing this Saturday??
 

Did you know that GG&J hosts a very informative program called "On the Bench" with MML??

Every day i see repetitive questions posted here on topics we cover weekly. This past Saturday the topic was "Break it down" and if you don't know what that means, then "On the Bench" is the place for you.

But don't think it's just "newbies" there, it's actually filled with old-timers from the industry, like DangerDave (when he can get up), Linkster, Surfn, Tart, Ramster, Cleo, Bill and of course, the host who loves BBWs the Most, Mr. Marylou.

Some of the timely topics have been:

Smokers (and we don't mean the niche)
Colorization (which colors sell the best)
Niches and micro niches and how to sell them
Backend and Upsells

and of course the Always talked about "T" word.

Ideas are exchanged, questions are asked, and deals are made, especially if you are trying to get your gallerys/freesites listed, you are trying to make PR trades, come on Saturday morning and do some networking.

If you really want to network one on one with your fellow adult webmasters, newbie or oldbie, come on over on Saturday at 3pm EST or 12noon PST (figure out your own timezone from that, it's the best this goodhead can do). Announcement is posted early Saturday mornings.

And if you come, speak up. We always have 30 or 40 people in there but only about 4 or 5 speak.

Is it possible to find ”Colorization (which colors sell the best)” in the archive?

We don't archive the Saturday shows :(

Colors are hard to explain - there's many, many, many articles on what colors are pleasing to surfers (not just adult surfers - surfers in general) I've heard that red text on a white background "jumps" out that the surfer.

Then there's the thinking that if you make your free sites or galleries using the same color scheme as the site you're promoting, that the surfer will feel more comfortable when he clicks from your page to the sponsors.

I believe I did a tip and trick for the newsletter about colors. Not sure which one but I am pretty sure it's there.
