Is Cyberwurx haveing a melt down?
 

All My sites that are hosted at cyberwurx are down
There site was too it's up now but I can't log in to the network status board or my account

I just posted on the Link List board.
CyberWurx is experiencing a partial power outage that they are in work on. All should be well ASAP.

I've been with Cyberwurx for years now and this is the first time that this has ever happened to me. I've ran a 100% up time with them for ages. So this isn't something usual. They must have had something really bad happen. But as I said. They told me when I called them that they are working to everything back up.

Just got this email
Please be advised that a power panel controlling a portion of the Data Center is having intermittent problems. This is only affecting a portion of the Data Center and not the entire facility. At this time the panel has been powered down while electricians repair the problem. Please be advised that over the next 60 minutes we will be making power modifications to correct the issues at hand. During this time some of you may experience difficulty accessing your website or server, however we are working diligently to correct the problem at hand. Thank you for your patience.

I've just started hosting there - just my luck to have the one and only period od downtime!

html pages seem okay, but php give this error

Database connect Error - please check your DB configuration / setup

Hopefully this will be resolved ok. I've just spent a week designing my first paysite, I'll fucking shoot myself if I've lost anything. Forgot to backup tonight! |banghead|

kristian I feel your pain, I still can't ftp into my sites and the new script I installed isn't working now.
I've been very impressed with there support so hopefully they will get it all resolved

Your sites should be okay now. I just got email from Chris who told me MySql was down. Seems to be working ok now though. Must say, I'm impressed with their support. At the end of the night, it's how a host deals with bad situations that show how good it it. Having said that though . . . I'm off to backup like a fucker! :D

Chris et al are extremely helpful. I wouldn't be worried about them as a host :)
