My mom... |facepalm| She calls me into her room yesterday because "there's strange words on my TV". I look and it's the Closed Caption text, but it's in Spanish. She tells me "I don't know what button I pushed". You're probably thinking "How the fuck do you even do that??" She somehow managed to 1st turn on the SAP, changing everything to Spanish, then the CC, translating the Spanish audio to text. Assuming we all have an internal clock, my mom's blinks 12:00 |facepalm|

I don't think we're doing our Thursday wings thing at the local watering hole tonight, which is good for my liver, but sucks because we won't do it next Thursday (Yell's oldest is getting married the next day) or the next Thursday (Bills home preseason game) and probably not the Thursday after that (Erie County Fair |angry|) so it'll be a month until we can do it again & I know everyone will forget about it... This is how we fall out of contact with people |cry|

Ramster left LA at a good time because humidity is up and has been sticky. We also have unexpected rain right now which I'm good with as I do not remember the last time it has rained in the middle of summer around here.

Unfortunately my friend that left family member passed away this morning. Not sure when the funeral is as they may put off a week due to traveling relatives. I believe he will be driving back to take some stuff home so I will probably join him for a little out of state vacation. At least that is the game plan at the moment.

Other than hot fudge sundaes and chili dogs it will be biz work and tv the rest of the day.

Today I met with my best friend, haven't met her since she underwent a big operation. She was pretty reduced, even after two weeks, but her spirit was where it should be and we had a jolly good time, as usual. She's teasing me a lot though, over me managing to hook up with a girl on holiday ... |lol|

Finally got fixed the TGPx trouble, when support fixed it they managed to change something so the database got write-protected, or something like that.
If it weren't for one of my submitters, it could've been some time before I'd discovered it myself ...
It's ok now.
I've been doing a lot of porn this week, so this weekend will be dedicated to music and my guitar. I guess I will work a bit tomorrow morning though

Afternoon. |coffee

Spent much of last night dealing with daughter issues. Her roommate claimed she assaulted her and the police had to break down the door. The doctor in ER mentioned "personality disorder" but that and a couple of bucks will get you a coffee at Starbucks. I haven't had much sleep dealing with it and the aftermath. Due to last night and other reasons, my wife has agreed that we need to take more aggressive action. That will be ugly but it is necessary.

Tough love sucks, but in the big picture, it's better than enabling.

It breaks my wife's heart because she knows that could end with our daughter homeless. She is so spiteful, defiant and fucked up that it could happen. |banghead| As we've been told a number of times recently, she's an adult and you must look after yourselves.
