Since finding out at the end of last year that I have no allergies, I've been eating some gluten because who doesn't like a piece of real pizza or a slice of french bread? I've been feeling so crappy lately that I've sworn of guten again. |banghead|

It's getting cold again here and a snow storm is brewing for the weekend. I've got a lunch meeting and a play to see tonight. Other than that, I've got web work to do.

Got up early so siting here working and on my 2nd Tim Horton's |coffee :D THANKFULLY I fly to Vegas tomorrow afternoon so no issues with the snow storm coming this weekend. The wife however, is NOT happy about that since I won't be here to shovel |lol|

Really rough night sleeping. CPAP machine had some water where it wasn't supposed to be & I didn't want to wake up The Bitch by taking it apart, so I suffered on the couch. Did go back to bed when she got up, hence my tardiness :)

I finally saw Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker and while I would like to watch it at least one more time before I pass judgment, I will say that I can live with it |thumb

I have an unusual amount of running around to do today. Tonight we're going for wings at the local bar & since s|greenguy|me|greenguy|ne's birthday is Sunday, I might do a little extra |cheers|

Forgot to swing by earlier. Did some work, even drove a car today for the first time this year so feeling a bit better. Going to do some more work after a nap which is coming on quickly.

It's usually pretty late when I'm able to drop by, so my day is basically over. Pretty OK day, my new mix of meds-doses seems to have a positive effect. I'm actually going to try to cut one of them out now.

Tomorrow morning I'll attend another meeting at my other place, but after that and until Monday morning, every second is mine to own.
So I will try to catch up some more, play some guitar and |rimshot| and do some more deeds in Middle-Earth. (Tolkien's son Christopher died today at the age of 95. He has done so extremely much for us fans to get a deeper knowledge of Tolkien's universe. (No, I'm not half the fan as Stephen Colbert ... )

I've been tested for absolutely everything food-related, I am not in any way allergic. But to much of that gluten stuff and I feel just as bad as when I was hungover. (Ok, not that bad, but almost. Ok, not almost but ... (you get the idea))

You can have an intolerance to a food item and it won't show as an allergy, so those fancy medical tests don't always mean you are not having a problem. I also don't have food allergies as such, but I have things I don't tolerate - cow's milk, gluten, and now sugar. If I limit those, I feel so much better but, how can you even think of doing that during the holidays? I live in a country that has awesome ice cream, fantastic baked goods, and wonderful cheeses. Many of the blood pressure medications also have an impact on the digestive system, and not good ones.

Just another cool, wet, gloomy day here in the land of the Midnight Sun. They are saying no more snow for us here in the south this year, and nice, mild spring-like conditions from here on in. I feel cheated. So little snow. Makes me want pizza again. The real stuff, not the gluten free kind. I feel hopeless!

Back to work, I guess
