I seem to be on a "4 hours here, 4 hours there" sleep schedule & it's catching up to me.

It's the usual busy Tuesday for me. I have to pick up the ASSIL, then visits to my chiro & mom. Working before & after.

YAWN!

Up and working, usual day planned here as well, work work work. Cold as fuck here at -19 before wind chill but it will be +1 tomorrow so there's relief in sight |thumb

Nipples like diamonds at 0 degrees. Hope it warms up in a month or 2.

Not much going on here as recovery is still on the slow side so it will be working on biz stuff with tv/netflix thrown in to break up the day.

Busy day here doing nothing that will make me any money. Sigh. Thought my inflammation was subsiding but apparently not. Time for some Ibuprofen.
