 No problemo. |

I don't track how often I get crawled - I do see new page apprear in Google in less than a week in most cases. |

I had one spidered and listed in serps within 8 hours earlier this week, similar situation, similar reasons; then I added 4 more 2 days ago and still - nada - lol go figure!! ...no I'm not gonna add 'em to this post |jester| |

I'm also waiting to be spidered by google. I'm doing some tests with keyword optimalisation. there isn't really a site behind it but i try to figure out if linking the keyword pages helps www.vividsluts.com (that's the site, hopefully google spiders this board very fast) greetz tb |

The fastest I've been crawled by google is less than 4 hours. And no I will not post the URL here. |
|
Put up a decent blog and it will be spidered at worst every other day by Google. Great for adding links. |

That's never happened since, alas, but Google will grab most decently-linked pages within a month, so with them it's more a matter of optimizing for a decent place in the listings than worrying about getting listed at all. AltaVista appears to be a much more random process - I've had sites appear there within a month or two (even without submitting them to AV) while some decently-linked and presumably optimized sites I've actually submitted to them have never been picked up after a year or more. |
