Do you have a pet?
 

I was just wondering how many of you have a pet that hangs with you all day.
I do and I think this would be a lonely job without him.
My wife worked on me for years to get a Chihuahua, I've never cared for them their high strung yapping little bastards that start shivering when the temp falls below 65.
I caved in about 9 months ago and now Popeye's my bud|lovers|

3 cats and a Blue and Gold Macaw.

I miss my cats hanging out when I have to travel.

When I catch myself having conversations with my pets I know it is time to get out and mix with other people.

We have 3 fur balls & love them to like crazy. Can't imagine our lives without them. In fact I just made a page to link to in my journal to show them off. |love|

Lets see - 6 cats and 3 of them that just showed up under the porch as kittens and stayed
2 dogs, a heinz 57 coon dog and a little cocker spaniel,
a green winged macaw (which is one of those all red macaws - dont know why they call it a green wing)
and all loads of fun while working all day :)

I have two stupid dogs .

Fish are about all I have time for and kids don`t count as pets so there you have it! Though I do have a wild rabbit I let live under the deck..it showed up with a mate last week! |smooch|

I have one cat and one Marker... both hang around all day and keep me company :D

No pets right now, but I once had a cat, named Wilma. I lived in a fourth floor and had all windows open in a warm summer day. Wilma was lying in a window shell and hissed to birds that were flying outside. Birds started to tease her, and that crazy cat got pissed off and jumped out of window.

She propably lost one life but luckily had 8 more so she was alive in the back yard but shaking violently. When I took her in my arms she shot all her claws in me and didn't let them off before we were back home and she was in her own bed. She never did it again, despite how much birds tried to tease her, lol!

I have gold fish out there in a small but very deep pond, two German sheps, one of them is black from top to toe and long haired and a 18 yr old yorkie, my wee one I found ages before in the woods. I don't own the birds in my garden nor the deer or foxes visiting me at winter but there are many kinds of birds who find water and food and I am watching the nests almost every day, they are rented again. |jester|
My German sheps could kill a robber anytinme but when they find a young blackbird or other birdie, they call me asap to help them.. they are great..err. pets and walk me every day.

We have a German Shepherd, her name is Mynx...No prizes for guessing who she is named after. My other half chose her name. We also have a cat called Cat...short for Cattitude, he is mean f*****r, but he can be sweet not. We also have loads of tropical fish hence my name.

I have 2 doggies running around the house. 1 Noisy Yorkshire terrier that listens to the name Bert and an Airdale terrier that we call Gigi :)

When I was a kid my grandmother bought my sister a t-shirt that said "Big cats are dangerous but a little pussy never hurt anyone"

My parents almost died when they saw it, my grand mother had no idea what it really meant!

I have a dog .. He's about a year old had him since he was 6weeks.. and he is a "American staff".. yes i dont know what i would do without him .. all he does is sleep by my feet all day long lol:) keeps/gives my alot of comp..

I have a border collie, 2 kitties, and a Senegal parrot now...all my babies who have adapted my workspace to their sleeping habits LOL
