I am thinking trying spam arrest. but I could not find anything at their site if you can add more then one email address. Does anyone know if you can or is that an extra charge ????

Hi Slick Rick,
I use Spam Arrest. I did go through the members section to see if you could add additional email addresses. Sadly, there is only room for one. I think you'd need a new account for each. I hope it works for you, it's a great program. LMK if you had other questions about it. Katie |
rollergirl,
Thanks for the info I emailed spam arrest and called and left a message, waiting for a reply back. It really seems useless to pay for 1 if you have muliti accouts, and I dont want to pay for 3-4 to block all the spam, seems like they would able to more then one account set up per member. I am just feed up with it all I got 2500 junk emails Friday, alone. and blocking that shit and making rules just doesnt help. This friggen caned spam act isn't workiing...LOL Anyhow thanks for the info :) |
I agree with you. I think I do fine with it because all my email addresses go to one main email account anyway.
I had a real problem with 5 years of email addresses laying around out there. The spam blew up my IE. I got a new mail client and it couldn't handle the mail either. I tried Mail washer but it was so slow and was impossible to manage. My spam arrest account has right now 721,556 spams from the last 5 days. The 20 dollars every 6 months is more than worth it. I 'm so screwed without it. I wish they would make that change. It seems like they didnt' think that far ahead, that webmasters might use it. I'm rambling. I hope you find something that helps. I totally feel your pain. I can't stand junk mail. Makes my blood pressure sore. |pcsucks| :) Katie |
