I had a rough day yesterday for some reason. Funk slapped me in the face around Noon & I just vegged out on the couch for the rest of the day. I feel a little more normal today, but it's early...

Plan for today is to work on the crap I was supposed to do yesterday, which is mostly month-end crap/stats.

I napped for more than an hour yesterday which messed up my sleep last night so I am slow going today. Nothing on my schedule but the usual stuff. Trying to get into the weight loss grove again which is never fun but necessary. We're going to eat on a patio today for dinner. That looks to be the highlight of my day unless I get offered a blowjob.

Good Morning :)

Worked a bunch outside and I'm quite sore today. I do have a brunch with an old friend in a couple of hours so I may go back out there and do more work later this afternoon if my aching body loosens up.

Also got to squeeze in a grocery store run before she picks me up so I better get to it.

It's been a long day, but far better than the last two when it comes to this strange funk that occasionally hits me so hard, just to go away after a day or two.

Been to the gym and swam a few laps and also been working on several projects. Should swim a bit tomorrow as well, if I should have the faintest hope of losing weight this week ...
