Threw my back out yesterday and it's pretty bad. All I did was bend over. Used to happen to my dad. I'll be in the easy chair all day watching watching The Open |golf and a Blue Jays |baseball| double header.

Spent most of my day with my GF and her family, taking a swim in the ocean and just been doing nothing.
I have plans to work a lot the next week, so kinda relaxing to just take the day off
