Stomach isn't that bad. Mood is meh.

I was able to get an earlier appt for my stomach scope - Dec 28 instead of Feb 22 |party2

Today I get to go cry in front of... I mean see my |loony| counselor.

Nothing out of the ordinary on my calendar so that means I'll just be at my desk today.

Temps are below zero so the little snow we got overnight is staying. Humbug!

Norway is more or less in a lockdown again, and this gives me the funk.

Other than that, I just try to work and in general keep myself occupied away from thinking too much

Norway, huh? I didn't know you lived there. I spent 6 months in a small town called Bardufoss back in the mid-80s. Army stuff.

Good morning, it's cold here. Art's cold weather forecast is the same as mine since I believe we live only a couple hours away from one another.

I may get out and do a bit of Xmas shopping today. Maybe.

I was initially drafted for Bardufoss, but for some reason, it got changed to Trandum further south, in 1986. Trandum and Bardufoss are connected since recruits was trained at Trandum before being sent to Bardufoss. But in the end, I got to stay at Trandum. Cavalry.
Trandum is no more, today it serves as asylum reception.
(Norway basically has no army anymore)

Good Morning :)

Stayed up 4 hours later than normal but only slept in 2 hours later soooo I see a big nap coming sooner rather than later.

Yesterday kicked my ass due to the rain. First the fucking ants had made a nest by our side door I was not aware of and the rain had them running up the walls in mass. Plus a side gutter, I had not cleaned in many years, clogged up with water and stuff pouring over the sides. Spent 3 hours in the rain cleaning all that up |banghead|

On a good note, the drainage issues I wanted to check all seem to be working really good. Hope this continues when we get the heavier stuff and the 2 times a year flood the streets downpour.

Today looks like a biz/nap/tv/nap kinda day and maybe get outside and clean some of the left over mess as we may have more rain tomorrow.

Interesting! I had a great experience in the Bardufoss/Hegglia area. I only had a few days off during that whole time, and I spent it in Narvik. Beautiful country in northern Norway.
