Went out with 2 of my buddies last night. Yell's woman was out so she met up with us & The Bitch came when she got out of work. Both the bars we went to were rather busy for a Tuesday :D

They shot my shoulder up with steroids and it is feeling better but it's not like that is going to fix the bone spur in there that is part of my pain issues. Though if it does take care of the secondary, and more painful, issues I've been having then I can procrastinate on having surgery for a bit more.

Because of the above I'm suppose to take off a few days from housework so I'll probably run out and take care of some errands and maybe do biz stuff.

Yeah, 10-20cm (4-8in) for Toronto over the next couple of days. This year has been a real winter.

Finished my sandwiches for the shelter and going to deliver them now. Next, I'll be working at my desk and then get on the elliptical for 45 minutes.
