Saw my new primary yesterday. 1st appt of the day & it was supposed to be about going over my scopes, but I unloaded all my ailments on her & she confirmed what I already knew: ALL caused by stress & anxiety :(

I have been working at a decent clip the last few days, so that's good.

The Bitch & I quit smoking cigs last week, so now we're just vaping. She's been a bit "on edge" |angry| |escape|

Up and working |coffee Been tranferring content onto a hard drive to ship to Mojo since I can't just upload 2 years worth of content for double digit sites |huh I should get to the post office today to get that shipped out. So, just doing that and the usual work all day. Have a good one |thumb

Working most of the day but it will be interrupted when I take my daughter to an appointment. I haven't slept well the last couple days so I need to fix that tonight.

My sleep has been off due to some medical issues, nothing big, but we think it's an allergic reaction to the blood pressure meds. I stopped taking them today to see if things improve.

Other than this it will be grunt work and a nap coming soon.
