vibehosting problems
 

Does anyone else here use vibehosting. or have you used vibehosting in the past. I am asking becuase they seem to have a lot technical problems. I have been withn them for month. So I wanted to ask someone is this normal. I think my site has been down temporarily twice. I think one was a the power outage though. the other the blamed on local isp routing. and this one thier main server crashed.
if you have knowledge of this hosting tell me your experiences.

Might be time to start looking for a new web hosting provider if you're having that much downtime.

We hear both good and bad things about vibehosting...Their bandwidth seem to be pretty good, and they have been around for a while.

And you wouldnt have to worry about downtime or tech issues, as our Service Level Agreement states 99.9% uptime or refunds :)

From what you are saying, that is not normal.

I have been with vibe for several monthes,last night was the first time they have gone down for me in that time.I do believe in the email Ruslan mentioned compensation for the problem,in the form of free hosting.

I had a few domains with VibeHosting in the spring. Very nice guys but there was some issues with whether or not the servers are monitored 24/7.

okay just thought i would post the result. seems it was a results of miscommunication. their mian server crashed and they were back up on another server before i knew anything happened but my site wasn't working. so removed a php script from only to findout that I was not formed of the new ftp server address. now everything works fine. not of the people the surf my site will find out everything be cool. They did agree to give me free month so i won't be axing them yet.

Make sure they aways have your current info(email,icq,telephone,etc)so they can reach you when this stuff does happen.
