Well, we didn't drive it home, but we are getting a brand-new black-on-black 2022 GMC Canyon on Thursday:

As I was looking for a pic to post, I noticed a lot of transparent png files in the search results. Then you see those same images with dealerships behind them|lol|

Site updates and personal finances are the order of the day.

I decided to move from a Thinkpad running Ubuntu Linux to a MacBook Air (with an older Windows HP laptop as a backup). Today is the first day using just the MacBook Air. We'll see how it goes.

Since I've backed up my Thinkpad a couple of ways, I'll be getting it and another Thinkpad ready for sale on eBay. They are both nice machines and should recoup some of the cost of the MacBook Air.

Congrats on the new truck Greenie

Have to run to the post office to ship a box out that will hopefully arrive before Xmas without costing more than the gifts inside. Can't be mad at the wife as she has been handling all the shopping due to my back issues.

Besides that I'll be back at home doing grunt work while trying my best to not screw up the back before this weekend.
