Storm expected here as well so I'll be gassing up for the generator in case we lose power. Gotta get wine too :D Likely need to grab the Christmas turkey and fixings this morning as well since the wife didn't get them yesterday. I took the Mustang out for an around the block cruise yesterday so the battery stays charged and it's not sitting in the same position for the next 3 months stored in the garage and I managed to clear some room in the garage too |thumb

^ How will I get my Buffalo hurricane blizzard weather coverage? I guess it's back to Channel 7 and Autumn Lewandowski.

As often happens in downtown Toronto, we're not expected to get the brunt of the storm. It appears that the temperature will remain above freezing so we'll get mostly rain. At least that's what I'm hoping. :)

My wife is working downtown all day today and I'm just working away at my kitchen table. Other than to pop out at for a doctor's appointment with my BIL, it's the same old.

No snow here!

Need to drop off a couple of items at the post office that will not make it by Xmas but that's okay. Need to start getting things ready for the Xmas eve party. Gotta make sure I don't do anything stupid.

Other than that it will be resting the back while doing some grunt work.

I'm not worried when a lot of snow is in the forecast. Here in QC they clean that up by 7am most of the time.

BUT... this time there will be a big chance of a lot of freezing rain to go along with all the precipitation, and that is NEVER a good thing or something to take lightly. So I've gone ahead and stocked up on a lot of essentials today just in case the power goes out for an extended period of time. Fingers crossed that it was all for nothing.

Watching the Leafs "next generation" game this afternoon while working.
