This storm is bad. Might be the worst ever as far as sustained visibility problems. The snow drifts are going to be insane!

I still have to snowblow (obviously), and the girls are supposed to come over for Xmas eve dinner, but who knows with this fucking weather.

^ Thanks for the update. They closed all the bridges to the US because you closed all the roads.

Getting ready for Xmas today. That means a turkey dinner tonight at my BIL's place because it's accessible. Tomorrow my wife cooks fish for us and my daughter because that's the only animal she eats.

I'm going to try fit the Bill's game in the best I can. I have to go to my BIL's and make sure it's not a pig sty for dinner tonight. Hopefully, I'll caught some of it there.

No snow here!
In fact it's suppose to be around 75F or 24C the next 3 days.

I tried cleaning the house a little because the wife is behind on getting things ready for tonight. Thought I may have over did it but thankfully felt better after laying on ice and then heat. She will finish that part today.

Need to go pick up the BBQ for tonights gathering. Figured this should be easier than getting the house ready. It's an hour and a half drive round trip which is way more than I've been in a car since the back went bad 2 months ago. Bit nervous but a good test for tomorrows 2 and a half hour one way drive to see my grandson. Expect to laying on ice and heat after each not to forget about after the gathering as well with fingers crossed!

Yes, the weather here is the absolute worst. I don't mind snow, even when there is a lot of it. What I hate are the strong winds and potential for freezing rain.

Woke up to a lock in don't go out order. A triple murder in the early morning hours near by. Never see triple murders. Never see murders.

I see you all are catching winter hell so best wishes for no power outs and good sales and food. About to settle down to an old style dinner of lamb and all the fixins. Wife made cranberry sauce from scratch. It is delicious.

The storm was a bust |lol| Sure, we got snow, barely enough to shovel, and sure we got wind and it was quite windy but there was no wide spread power outages and all of that. It was windy, whoopDdo :D
