Up and working but not for long, got a flight at 11am as I'm heading to Chicago for Exxxotica. Just for 2 days, back Sunday morning and bringing the wife with me so should be a good time |hammer Have a good day |thumb

Feeling pretty good here and will not do anything stupid as I get to see my grandson tomorrow.

For the most part its doing work in a reclined position nearly all day.

Slept in late for me -- 8 am. Now I'm working through emails and such. With my wife in Ottawa, we'll skip the Euchre and Rummikub tonight. The Jays are in NY so I'll be watching that.

As for joint pains I cannot recommend magnesium oil spray enough. Helps your bowels and eases joint pains.
