The funk I've been in still comes & goes throughout the day. I keep reminding myself that both of my |loony| doctors say I seem to be doing much better.

Part of my problem is that I'm having a hard time sitting here at my desk. I have theories as to why...

There's a brand new Aldi opening up near us, so that's my excitement for the day |party2

No Aldi here. Seem we had one and it closed.

Just more work here today. It's very warm here so I've got the AC on.

Been busy with grandson but today he is sleeping in since we spent the whole day at an amusement park yesterday. I'm hurting a bit from all the walking. Have not walked that much since my back and leg issues started 8 months ago. I only went on a couple of rides because of my issues which F'ing sucks but it is what it is |headbang| Thankfully my son, his uncle, came along and went on the big rides with him. He still had a great time.

Anyhoo, thats all I got and now it's time to apply heat and ice to different parts of my body before todays activities!
