My turn to start the morning thread. I've not done it in a while.

We have a 9/10 poor air quality index today due to forest fires in northern Ontario and Quebec. AC is on and I'm wearing an N95 mask outside today.

My day includes a cleaning at my dentists office this afternoon and meeting my BIL to get him to sign something. There's an excellent middle eastern restaurant on my way to the dentist so that's what we'll be having for dinner. Other than that, I'll be at my desk.

Good Morning :)

Trying to get back on normal schedule threw me off already today. Was going to run some errands this morning but we have a June Gloom day so I'm going to go outside and work on the house as this may be my last opportunity with cool grey skies.

After that stuff it's just biz grunt work the rest of the day with a BIG NAP!

Still hot as hell, but I made it to the gym today, and survived! First time in 6-7 weeks.
Working on some stuff, and tomorrow my freelance-gig is speeding up again.

|dog wants some cuddling, so I better get moving
