UPS delivered my WiFi extender after I fell asleep last night |pokefun||greenguy| It's still on the porch because The Bitch is currently sleeping. Once she wakes up, I can get caught up on everything ESPN |banana|

Speaking of ESPN, it's getting into Fantasy Hockey Season |hockey|

Tomorrow, after The Bitch gets out of work, we're going to the Music Is Art festival that Robby from the Goo Goo Dolls holds every year for local musicians. The really cool thing is that Robby will be singing with my buddy's band! |party2

Oddly enough, it's the same band I sang for a couple of weeks ago|lol|

Last day with my son who is headed to Columbia today. Funny thing is he interviewing for an in-office position in Toronto so he could be moving back. Haha.

Tons of work to do. I'll probably be spending part of my weekend catching up. That's what taking vacation gets you.

Good Morning :)

Yesterday I did some prep work in the morning that lasted longer than expected and hurt more than it should. This was a signal I did not pick up on until...POP...my back went out. Since then it's been a lot of ice and heat applied with some light stretching. |banghead|

Only good thing about this is that it's on the right side of the lower back. This has been the typical injury I've had for decades until the big one I had on my left side 11 months ago that I'm dealing with still. I'm hoping this means I'm getting back to normal.

Today is going to be a lot of ice, heat and light stretching while doing biz work and that's about it. Don't need to do anything really stupid just yet.
