Morning! |waves|

I had a mini-breakdown yesterday & that may have actually taken most or all of my funk away |huh

Clicking emojis finally broke for me on the board :D

I'm gonna work while I feel normal.

Yeah, that funk crap floated my way. Nothing works for me right now. I think I am going back to bed for the day.

Greenie, I don't want to make your breakdown about me but I have to say when I cry, like really cry, I find it very cleansing. It's like an emotional on/off button.

BIL's health is slowly deteriorating and kidney dialysis is in his future says the kidney doctor. His sarcoidosis may be returning. The meds for that (usually steroids) decrease his kidney function which is already poor because of other factors (diet, weight, etc.). Sigh. A few meds are being added or bumped up including Aranesp. If Aranesp wasn't covered by our government health care it would cost C$800.00 per week!

We are going to another doctor's appointment this afternoon. This time the cardiac doctor. I wonder why I can't get anything done. Work until then.

Have a good one! |thumb

Good Morning :)

A good cry can help!

Over did it yesterday so I'm sore but I think I'll go out again today and hopefully not fuck myself up. This way I can take tomorrow off to watch F1 practice and qualifying live.

Other than this it's a typical day here.

Enjoy your Thursday!

The Husband got a call from his mom. His dad has something going on. He had to go to the laboratory this morning, and started feeling strange on the way home. It got worse during the day today. About 6pm, his mom called. She called the ambulance because his dad was a lot worse. Nothing definitive. They are now waiting on a nurse to visit them. Notice -- no transport to medical care. Only EMTs and a nurse. Worst case, The Husband takes him to the doctor for an early morning appointment. I did suggest he could drive his dad up to the hospital an hour away if needed. It is tough to sit here and just wait for news...

On a different front, I got better information on the language test I am required to take before I can apply for citizenship. This new information really helps, and I decided I am going for it. I have a little over 3 months to get ready. It does mean I will be quite busy studying for the next few months. I don't know how much adult stuff I will do yet... citizenship and this test are both very important.

Sorry to hear, Art and Pagan.
Best wishes to your families.

It's just the ordinary here.
Tomorrow I will interview the 2nd principal for my article. I hope he hasn't forgotten the picture part of it. He's even further into nowhere ...

F1 weekend coming up!

Take care

I was on the verge of tears, but something else upset me & I just let out a blood-curdling guttural scream, but I do know what you mean about a good cry. I need one I think...
