New LL. Submit your sites- No recip Required. Free traffic for you.

Basically Free traffic for you.

Brand spanking new linklist, be the first one to submit to a few catagories and get your sites in the top spots and it will probably stay up there for quite a while. (hint, hint)

No reciprical link required (for now).
Submit up to five sites a day.
Very easy rules - Free, avs, and pay sites are all cool.

I plan on doing a lot of search engine work on this one but I need to build up more links first (this is where you come in ;) )

Submit page and hard link trades are also welcome from anyone.

Thanks! :)

What is the software which gives the warning and what is the warning given exactly? It has to be more than "virus warning" - what is the supposed virus or worm it found?

The form itself is just EZ form mailer v1.3 from www.3rdcoast.com that is slightly modified and the page generated from it is mere static html ( http://www.pirateslinks.com/submission_thanks.html ). Pretty basic.

I went through the code again, line-by-line, just in case, and I find nothing of that sort. Server security also seems in tact.

Please let me know about the anti-virus software which gave the warning...I am very curious.

Norton Antivirus. it said something about a possible virus and exe file. The form itself didn't seem to work either.

ts.exe was infected with trojan virus.

Nortan utilities has a program named ts.exe - some kind of text search tool. Is that what it says is infected? That wouldn't be on my site then.

I went ahead and checked my logs and grep'd my html and server to look for any mention of ts.exe and there is nothing. The server itself is Linux also, so it probably is not catching windows viruses any time soon. ;)

If I were you, I'd make sure your virus definition files are up to date and/or use another scanner as a fall back. Check out AVG Free ( http://www.grisoft.com/us/us_dwnl_free.php ) or Avast! 4 ( http://www.avast.com/i_idt_153.html ) both of which are free for home users.

If you use another scanner and come up empty, let me know and I will help you and continue looking into what caused the warning.
But I'm thinking there's something up on your end.

Good luck.

Seems to be working ok now. Don't know where that file came from though...
