Are the NBA playoff rigged?
 

Since the mid 70's I've thought that the playoffs were rigged.
If you check regular season stats vs playoff stats, they are way off.
You decide for yourself, I made up my mind 20+ years ago with the Celtics beating the Sixers.

(it's not all bad mind you, WWF is built on it - just making more money for the NBA as a whole)

Lakers in 6 - that's all the further they can draw this out.

'99 playoffs proved it is.

Pacers dominate the knicks, and then the bad call that became the L J 4 point play and all the sudden the Pacers lose.

San Antonio had already won the West, and if Indy won it would be the 2 smallest NBA markets in the finals which would = low ratings.

And after watching the crappy calls (on both sides) in the Pacers/Pistons game 2, I’m beginning to wonder.

Fuck yeah they throw some games....maybe not the entire series.
No way to prove it, and they make more money.

I dont think they are rigged I think they just keep stretching all pro sports seasons to be longer and longer

I'll be a believer that the game is rigged if the Twolves don't beat LA :)
