Geo Tracking Ad Server

Anybody know of a good cheap/free one? I know phpadserver is opensource but the geo plug in is like $500 or some shit.

Phpadsnew has links to a couple of geo databases and I seem to remember that it is 300 a year for the subscription to the ones that they have links to.

You can use any database that you want, but I don't know of any free ones.

You can use the free version of Max Mind's mod_geoip with phpadsnew if you only need to target by country.
