I declined it since I didn't know what the code was. Since I'm on a Mac none of the nasty stuff does anything so if I don't know what the code does and looks strange it's a decline.
That is some nasty crap that is in there. I was actually wondering if it was from Word.

Which is supported by MS Office. But I have no idea why someone would ever want to put that in a page.
Maybe someone is using the Word Internet Assistant to build sites?
