New Link Dir / SE and Topsites - All niche

We're starting a new Link Directory. Submission approvals are very liberal, although common sense applies; you need some decent content.

When you submit a link it gets applied to TopDog.xxxObsess.com .. our Topsites listing. We then approve it for submission to the link dir / SE if the content is worthwhile.

All sites have a chance at high hits in the topsites. It bases ranking on several traffic aspects to indicate popularity.

Tell me what you guys think.
