So I go to strip club with a few buddys last night...
10 minute into it...I see a nice looking girl on stage....oh wait...wait.................holy crap....It's my 20 yr old cousin!!

So turns out she has been "dancing" for a while....and now I"m the only one who knows. (ps....coke addict ex-con boyfriend also comes with new gig).

So would you....
1. Do nothing.
2. Offer her a place to stay (my house) and clean up her life.
3. Call her Dad.
4. Tell my buddys to stop saying "hey..at least you can now get the family discount"....or...."dude....now we know what your ass looks like".......

She may like her life as it is and then there is nothing you can other then to let her know that she has a place to stay if she needs one.

I would support her decision to do what she's doing.
Obviously she either needs the money or actually likes what she's doing. (I know a few dancers that love what they do and have a better houses than most.)

Make sure she knows how to contact you 24/7, let her know a 3am collect call is just fine.

So far, all the advice is very good.

My sister was a dancer from 18 to about 25. I and all of her family tried to tell her that she could do so much better then the guy she was with and do something else better as her work...would she listen? Hell no.

Now, she's a 46 year old wonderful, intelligent, beautiful, street smart and one of the most emotionally healthiest women I know. She'll tell ya that if she had to do it all over again, she'd do it cause it made her who she is today!

The harder a person tries to tell someone what's right or wrong for them, the more they may resist.

Yes, I agree with dareutwo...if you really want to help her, just really be there for her (not enable her tho) if she ever needs ya.

Not all strippers are cokehead whores. She might be making an honest buck and lots of it. She's 20 and will grow out of it if she is on the bad side of things hopefully.
