Browsing search engines for my niche, I ran accross this bastard using my pics to promote another site.

I did. And apparently he saw me posting his name over every board I could think of and he sent an email and took my content down within an hour of my first post. And as fate would have it one of my affiliates works for his sponsor, so it was taken care of over there as well.

Good for you, now simply bad mouth him as a cheater on the boards and watch his traffic dwindle to nothing. At least until he comes back as someone else.
