My hosting company has been giving me shit about having too much disk space (I have a video archives with 230 full lenght vids) which total about 8 gigs of space. they said I am not using enough bandwidth to justify having that much disk space. I average around 4 to 5 gigs a day total.

I submitted this gallery http://mariahxxx.net/videopage/index1.htm to thehun and it got accepted, and has sent 5.9 gigs in the last 20 minutes since he listed it! I am sitting here watching my sextracker stats click hit after hit....and smiling thinking of when they look at the 500+ gigs this gallery is going to soak up!!!

and ive had 5 sign ups already since 1:40 am!

hope they can justify the bandwidth now!

Hello Mariah,

Well if you have 8 GB of storage space being used on a virtual account I can kind of understand there position but at the same time if you are meeting your part of the agreement then they really don't have any room to complain. Most hosts can work to tailor accounts to meet their customers requirements if they want to, just a small up charge for the extra storage space being used.

I got listed on the Hun and recieved a phone call from my hosting company a couple hours later wanting to know what I was doing to get the sudden jump in traffic

I was on a dedicated server and pretty happy, and got a great opportunity to get free hosting on a good setup. I can't pasit up and Im not sorry at all that i did.

I told them that I get Hun listings from time to time and that it was a temporary slow period.

Now I guess they'll see what I meant!

Anyway, just thought I'd share!

i offered to put his affiliate ID on all the links and he refused, said it wasn't fair to the other people listed.

Nelvac at thumbzilla required it to get listed....integrity is the huns game I guess...good for him. Guess thats why he gets 15 million uniques a week???

i get hosting in exchange for doing 2 shows a week on CamZ and have no limit to the bandwidth. they have no overages even on their regular plans.

with 7 1+gig videos and the hun listing it 11th from the top i haven't had a flinch in the server so it's a sweet setup for sure.

http://amateurhosting.com and i have to say after being with several others for the last 5 years this is by far the best setup and customer service ive ever had.

and for the first time on a hun listing im getting full-month joins....2 for 59 95 for a 3 month so its been a good submission!!!!

a movie listing at the hun could soak up several hundered gigs. i would find some cheap $0.30/gig hosting to dump your movies off to for the future.

i get free hosting and no limits or overages! I get it for exchanging the 2 live cam shows weekly!

they are awesome...I have been with them for a while and have not had one down minute since, and the site didn't flinch with this video gallery on the hun....we're talking 290 gigs in one day and not a hint of a chugging server!

They are great and i can't say a bad word!

I do get a good deal, but for service they are great.
